Cancellation and return of goods

We handle product returns on an individual basis for each client. If you wish to return any product/s or address any difficulties with your product/s, please contact our customer care staff directly at hello@herveyinc.com. Please do not return any product/s before speaking with our customer service staff and completing the proper documentation.

If you need to return or exchange a product, please email hello@herveyinc.com and request our 'Returns & Exchanges' Form. For each item being returned, please include the completed Returns & Exchanges' Form.

If you are unable to print the Returns & Exchanges Form, please attach a note to each item with the customer's name, email address, delivery address, and phone number.

Please keep in mind that you will be required to submit photographic documentation of the damage. This is essential so that we may communicate with the related courier firm. We also ask that you not dispose of or use any damaged products because they must be recovered by the delivery courier provider and assessed for damage. Courier firms do not accept claims for missing or damaged items after 14 days.

Outside of Europe?

If you live anywhere in the world, please contact us at hello@herveyinc.com and we will organize courier.

Orders will be dispatched within one business day. If you place your purchase before 12pm, we will try to get it on the courier the same day. Please keep in mind that drivers do not work on weekends or holidays, but we will always deliver your purchase to you as soon as possible. It will automatically compute your shipping charges as you add goods to your cart. All products are delivered through Track & Trace Courier. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, as well as monitoring notifications along the way.

All shipping charges are calculated in euros.

Fees & Timelines

Gratis delivery for goods above 149 euros in cities, and just 10 euros for orders under 149 euros.

Shipping time: 2 working days for Europe, same day shipment for orders received before 12pm.

Shipping to rural addresses is 15.00 euros fixed rate. Please allow an extra day or two for rural delivery destinations.

Overnight delivery is available for an additional 10 euros per item. Please contact us directly to make arrangements.

Please keep in mind that if your address is rural and you do not pick rural courier at checkout, your order will be delayed while the staff arranges an alternate address or payment for rural delivery.

Please keep in mind that delivery ourside of Europe will be more expensive.
